January was long, cold, and full of DC whiplash—but let’s look ahead. Today, I’m taking you behind the bar to share a BIG project: a Choose-Your-Own-‘Cocktail’-Adventure Email Funnel.
I have a basic welcome sequence, but I’ve wanted to switch it up. Real talk: I want my email list to be an income stream. I want you to use the tools I’ve created to make marketing easier. But traditional sales funnels? Not my thing. Too pushy, too formulaic, too fear-driven.
Then, this idea clicked. And when I know, I know.
A custom email experience, just like crafting your perfect cocktail!

So, I’m bringing that same energy to this new email series. Imagine walking into my imaginary DC bar, and as your bartender, I guide you through a series of questions to craft your signature cocktail recipe...all while serving up the best marketing tips and tools based on your choices. And at the end? A custom cocktail recipe, just for you.

I’ve mapped out the whole experience, and while you won’t get 60 emails, each choice sends you down a unique path. Prefer a curated experience? There’s a path for that too. Already own a tool? You won’t get emails pushing it on you. It’s next-level personalization.
The amount of tagging, sequencing, and conditional formatting inside Kit is making my head spin—but this is where I’m SO grateful for AI. The concept, messaging, and design? That’s all me. But the intricate details? Luckily, Chat has my back.
