I used to think more = generous

Reader,

Take one offer you sell today and tell us what it looked like on day one versus now. What forced it to change?

πŸ‘†Destini sent the panelists our questions early for Closed Door Talks, the five conversations happening next week.

Let me tell you, I have a lot to say on this one.

For years I ran The Marketing Bar. A course, daily marketing insights, twice-monthly coaching calls, guest speakers, and something new every time I thought of something else to add. It was a lot for my members and it was a lot for me.

I was overdelivering and calling it generosity. And all I did was overwhelm both me and them.

When I went all in on Signature Brands, I wanted to rebuild it into something that would truly move the needle for you. What I've learned since is that moving the needle isn't about more, more more. It's about knowing what you're actually publishing, and one big move a month based on what you find in there.

The Brand Bar is built on those two things. Every month your house account reads your website, your emails, and your social channels, measures every message against your Signature Line, and hands you the one move that pushes your number up.

I'm proud of where it landed, and I want you in it.

What forced the change, what I charge now, and what I cut along the way will all likely come up in the conversation on Tuesday.

The Closed Door Talks

Five panels over five days | August 10 through 14 | hosted by Dr. Destini Copp | 27 creators | one hour a day | live at 12pm EDT | free to watch

I've been updating presentations all week for other summits, so a format with no deck to is a treat. I get to sit down with some other amazing business owners and spill some tea instead. Here's what this week looks like:

πŸ”Έ Monday - The Flops Panel: What we tried, what failed, what we learned.
πŸ”Έ Tuesday - The Offer Evolution Panel: What we sell, what we charge, and why it changed. Mine.
πŸ”Έ Wednesday - The List and Email Panel: What's working in email and list growth in 2026.
πŸ”Έ Thursday - The AI Operator Panel: How operators are actually using AI in their businesses.
πŸ”Έ Friday - The Business Model Panel: Recurring revenue, memberships, products.

I love each of the themes and hoping to be able to show up for each one of them. While I like to come across like I have my shit together, it's great to learn from people willing to say out loud that they didn't.
